Refunds & Returns Policy

Order cancellation

All your orders can be cancelled until they are dispatched. If you have already paid your order and you have to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours after placing the order. After the packaging and dispatching process has begun, it can not be cancelled any more.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We consider your satisfaction as number one priority for us. In this regard, you can claim a refund or reshipment for the products you ordered in the following cases:

  • if you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
  • you got the wrong product
  • you do not wnat  the item due to some reason  (in this case you must ship back the item but the trasnportation cost will be at your expense. The product/s must be unused)

We will not accept your claim for refund and therefore we will not refund you in the following cases:

  • you did not received the order due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
